How much does Eskuwela cost?

Eskuwela pricing is based on the actual number of students enrolled in the school for each school term. A minimum fee is charged to each student as part of the enrollment fees. You can contact us at +63-2-491-7310  for inquiries.


How do I make payments to Eskuwela?

You may make payments for each school term to ensure uninterrupted and continuous use of Eskuwela.

You may deposit through any Chinabank Savings branch. You can contact us at +63-2-491-7310  for inquiries on the account to be used.

Please fax your deposit slip at +63-2-491-7310 ext. 1005.

You can also make your payment by mail or in person at Eskuwela Payment Center located at the 20th Floor, Suite 2002B, Security Bank Center, 6776 Ayala Avenue, Makati City.

*We don't accept cash payment.

Can I run Eskuwela using our servers?

Yes, you have the option to run Eskuwela yourself in your own servers. This can be the case if you do not have an internet connection or if you want to use your existing network infrastructure and server hardware to run Eskuwela.

Note: Additional fee will be charged for the maintenance of the servers. What is the disadvantage of running Eskuwela using my own servers?

You would need to spend more on purchasing your own servers, create infrastructure, and hire personnel to perform daily administrative task that include daily backups. You run the risk of downtime.


What are the requirements running Eskuwela in our own servers?

You need to be able to successfully perform your school processes (Admissions, Enrollment, Scheduling, Registration, Grading, etc.) using Eskuwela for five terms in order to become eligible to run Eskuwela in your own servers. This is to ensure that you have sufficient experience and know how on running Eskuwela without any problems.

You can start using Eskuwela by signing up using our registration form. Once you provide payment, we will activate your registered account.
